My AC wasn't cooling the air after a couple power surges that happened late in the evening. I called many of the big service companies in town who all advertize to provide 24/7 service and none of them were able to come out that evening. Then I called Modern Air of Katy and Charles was at my house an hour later and got my AC unit working again. I had a minor furnace issue, and Charles arrived right on time, was very prompt, polite, and professional. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and came back the second time to finish the repair as promised. I really appreciated his reliability and excellent customer service. We noticed on waking up on Father’s Day that one of our ACs was out. We called Modern Air and Charles was on our doorstep within the hour. He quickly identified the issue and had our AC up and running again shortly afterwards. Excellent service and such a pleasant person. Wholeheartedly recommend them.
