He arrived at our home shortly thereafter, measured the amp draws on the outside AC unit, and after some additional troubleshooting, isolated the problem.  He replaced a bad circuit breaker and had our system cooling again within about an hour. A very satisfied Modern Air of Katy customer.

I called many of the big service companies in town who all advertize to provide 24/7 service and none of them were able to come out that evening. Then I called Modern Air of Katy and Charles was at my house an hour later and got my AC unit working again. Didn't even charge an extra fee for being outside normal office hours, which a lot of other companies do charge. Couldn't be happier with their service!
